These terms cover the website itself — the separate agreement we sign with you when you become a client governs the services we provide.

02Using the site

You may use this website for lawful purposes — to learn about what we do, request a PixelPulse audit, and get in touch. You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, no scraping or copying it wholesale, no uploading anything harmful, and nothing unlawful.

03Information on the site

We work to keep the content accurate and current, but the site is provided for general information. Package details, pricing and examples may change, and nothing on the site is a binding offer on its own. Anything we agree with you as a client is confirmed separately in writing.

04Enquiries & the PixelPulse audit

When you submit a form or request a PixelPulse audit, you agree to give accurate details and confirm you're allowed to share them. Submitting a request starts a conversation — it doesn't create a contract for services. How we handle the information you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

05Intellectual property

The JanePixel name, logo, branding, text, design and graphics on this site are ours (or used with permission) and are protected by law. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

06Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party websites and platforms (for example Facebook, Instagram or Google). We provide those links for convenience and don't control or endorse those sites — once you leave ours, their terms and policies apply.
